I’ve always been fascinated by the "tactile" side of art. I wanted to create something you could run your hand over—to feel the texture of a coat or the relief of a brushstroke. By bridging the gap between innovative 3D technology and traditional hand-finishing, I am able to bring these portraits into our physical world.

​Using UV-relief techniques, I build the physical foundation of the piece, but it is the hand gilded genuine gold leaf that give it a soul.
